Does Jenni Bears take returns and exchanges?

Jenni Bears items are checked for accuracy before shipping. Please contact us at 330-338-5013 with any questions or problems with your order. We will make it right!
Who is DEMDACO?

For more than 20 years, DEMDACO has designed and sold giftable products intended to Lift the Spirit- in times of celebration, when comfort is needed, or just to put a smile on someone's face.
Why is a percentage of all purchases being donated to the American Brain Tumor Association?

Jenni Bears was founded after our daughter passed away as the result of a 40 year fight with a rare brain tumor and it's side effects. Jenni loved her teddy bears and kept them very close at all times. We feel everyone needs to have a GIVING BEAR to share their joy, grief and happiness with. We want to give back to the Association, because they answered many questions when we were first diagnosed. At times, we may also choose to send donations from Jenni Bears to other charitable associations who have helped us over the years.
Does Jenni Bears ship internationally?

We are so sorry, but at this time we only ship to the 50 United States. When shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, additional shipping charges will apply.
